Do you have a Terms of Service?

Do you provide computer technical support?

MVM does not offer technical support for computer related questions.

Do I have to be a computer guru to acquire a design from MVM?

No. We work with clients at all levels of technical experience.

Web Design

Will there be ads on the website?

Definitely Not!

How much will it cost for you to design our church/missionary/ministry a website?

Mountain View Ministries designs websites for Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches, Missionaries, and other like Ministries absolutely free!

Does MVM provide domains free?

No, we are not able to offer domains free of charge.

How long will it take for the web design project to be completed?

That really is up to the client. The quicker information for each page and pictures are submitted, the quicker we can work on your web design project. We do require, however, that all information is submitted to MVM within two weeks.

Do you submit the website to search engines after the design is completed?

Yes, we will submit the completed website to search engines.

Will you put a link to Mountain View Ministries on the website?

Yes. A small link may be placed on the bottom of the website linking to MVM.

Do you design websites for businesses owned by Independent Fundamental Baptists?

No. Only for Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches, Missionaries, and other like Ministries.

Video Design

What will I need to view the completed presentation?

Either PowerPoint Viewer or Flash Player.

Will I be able to embed the presentation on my website or blog?

Yes. The completed video will also be uploaded to our Vimeo account and added to our portfolio. This will enable you to embed the video on your website.

Web Hosting

Do I have to pay any web hosting fees?

No. MVM offers free web hosting for our clients.

Can I host media files on the MVM Server?

Audio files may be hosted on our servers. Video files may be uploaded to Vimeo.

How many email accounts will I receive?

Webmail is powered by Google Apps. You will receive 50 email addresses.

Do email accounts come with POP3 and IMAP?

Yes, Google Apps supports POP3 and IMAP.

Does your free web hosting service place ads on the website?

Definitely not!

Can we host our website on your server if our website is not designed by MVM?

No. Web Hosting is available only for our clients.
